Therapy.

Whatever you're going through, you don't have to figure it out alone, or wait until it's "bad enough."

The light is on in my practice, even if you're not quite sure yet why you'd be here. We can find that out together.

People come to me with very different questions: about grief for someone they've lost, or a trauma that won't let go. About anxiety, stress or burnout. About low mood, loneliness, or what gives your life meaning. About growing up or living between two cultures. About your relationship, your family, or a difficult choice. About fear of failure, self-doubt, or finding it hard to stand up for yourself. And also about hurting yourself, or thoughts of not wanting to be here anymore.

In therapy, I often use the metaphor of a house. Every house has a foundation and a structure you were given by the people who were there before you, with everything they expected of you, consciously or not. Sometimes who you are is an answer to those expectations.

Some rooms feel familiar. Others hold things that don't really feel like yours – things belonging to someone you once tried to be. Somewhere, there's been a leak for a while – something that keeps coming back and growing, however hard you try to ignore it.

In therapy, we look at that house together: where do you get stuck, and what makes it happen in exactly that place? Perhaps you sometimes find yourself in an empty room – an emptiness that can feel overwhelming. Then we explore together how you'd like to furnish it. Or perhaps it's the other way around: a room so full it's suffocating under the chaos, or under everything you "should" do.

Sometimes it takes very little: rearranging a few things, refurnishing a room. Sometimes it goes deeper, and the structure itself needs to change.

In our conversations, you can speak freely, including about what doesn't have words yet. I listen without judgement, and I hear what you're saying between the lines. Step by step, that's how we ease what you're carrying.

When you're ready, my door is open.
